As the name speaks for itself, cold brewing means coffe is brewed with room temperature (or colder) water. Brewing takes between 12 to 24 hours, drop by drop, with speed adjusted according to your choice. You can enjoy your cold coffe plain, with milk, with ice or any other beverage to your taste.
By slow and cold brewing, your coffe will be velvetlike in comparison to other methods. All acids which cause bitter and sour tastes transferred into the coffe when hot brewed, are prevented by this method. You can keep your cold coffe upto 3 weeks in refrigerator with closed lid. It will taste even better after couple of days.
